Digital Account Manager

metronome® is looking for a digital account manager.

 
metronome is a strategically led, performance-driven marketing and technology agency. We create and deliver holistic strategies to optimise and drive the performance of our clients’ digital marketing investments. Our focus is on consumer experience, performance marketing and technology we can develop, manage and measure.

From digital and content-driven consumer services to enterprise products and web applications, our business means nothing without its people. Our team of around 20 specialists are experienced and focused on delivering accountable and addressable outcomes.

We are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to grow with us. The role is focused on managing our content and performance marketing clients. From helping define strategy through to delivery, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and driving each project to success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day client and project management, content and performance
  • Working closely with the broader team to manage projects, content and marketing schedules, business data and analytics
  • Maintaining relationships with consultants and media partners, following trends in digital, social and content marketing
  • Previous experience as an account manager or producer in a digital or marketing agency is essential

You must be organised and able to work seamlessly in a dedicated and open team environment.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role is required.
