Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of digital marketing strategies that are required day-to-day. These strategies need a focus on diligent content coordination and ad operations including website updates, social, seo and search campaigns, eMail marketing, and performance reporting.

You will be a key member of our client services team working with the Head of Client Service and Head of Strategy and Activation. The role provides the opportunity to work on our key property and leisure accounts, expanding your skills in the areas of digital marketing and client management. It will help scale your career with opportunities to be mentored and promoted into digital marketing or performance management within the next 6 months.

To be successful, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with team members, support the client management, performance and tech teams, and work closely with both clients and partners to ensure our digital marketing strategies are delivering the goods… up for the challenge?

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns for leading clients in the property and leisure marketing industries
  • Liaise with and brief our Trading Team on paid search and seo strategies
  • Optimise campaigns on a weekly basis
  • Drive KPIs aligned with each client’s strategy
  • Effective coordination of social media posts and boosts
  • Work with Head of Strategy and Activation on content strategies
  • Provide month end and interim reporting of campaign analytics
  • Management of content and campaign updates for paid and organic strategies
  • Prepare and present digital marketing strategy documents and campaign reports to clients

Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications ( but not essential ):
Marketing/Commerce degree ideal (Social Media or Google Analytics focus would be a plus)

Work Experience

At least 2-3 years.
Digital or Social Agency – preferred
Account management or coordination – considered

Skills

Experience with all/some of the following systems is required

  • Google search campaigns, analytics and dashboard reporting
  • Managing or coordinating seo with tools like SemRush / Moz
  • Facebook business manager and coordinating posts and ads for Facebook/Instagram
  • Website CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Email marketing via Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar
  • Google Ads or Adwords
