Elevating the sales suite experience

West Side Place Display Suite

What is luxury? Is it the beauty of having choices… or not having to make them? So asks the fully immersive sales suite experience we created for Far East Consortium’s West Side Place.

Built for The Gold Release, metronome was engaged to define and create an offline consumer experience in synergy with the project vision, driven by the luxury of the Ritz Carlton and showcasing the premium nature of the high-quality product.

Collaborating closely with the client and the selling agent, we worked hand in hand with partners and other practices to plan and build the consumer experience. We scoped and managed the technology specification and integration, worked closely with the architects, and storyboarded and directed all content in line with the strategy.

The result is a fully immersive suite that previews and establishes the luxury credentials of the project before lighting up a door which guides visitors to the main sales space. This leads to an apartment display with interactive simulated views available from multiple levels. All of this is seamlessly integrated into the environment and controlled through mobile and tablet apps.

The 6m x 6m x 3m immersion suite caters equally to personal experiences or larger groups and sales events. The latest 4K projection and software implementation achieves the optimum result. Spanning all 3 facing walls, the suite surrounds visitors in a powerful and emotive video and audio experience which raises the perception of the overall project.

Combining the stunning experience with the full-size physical apartment display, the result is a totally unique sales suite that literally defines a new height of luxury.
