Resulting in our most complex and extensive property sales suite to date, R.Corporation asked metronome to help create an experience with a difference for their latest property development, R.Iconic Melbourne.

With over 20 years and 30 successful buildings behind them, R.Corporation set the bar high, challenging us to help with the complete fit-out of the sales suite at Colliers International’s flagship store on Collins Street, Melbourne. To achieve the desired level of engagement we implemented a raft of technology throughout the space.

A high-definition 3.8m x 2.4m modular LED display controlled by our custom-designed iPad app. Sales agents can deliver a tailored experience using video content, an extensive bank of apartment and amenity renders, and level-by-level view lines and floorplans.

A 100” 4K monitor utilised in the experience room displaying an immersive emotional art film by 3 Deep, whilst the booth of joy allows visitors to snap a selfie and instantly share their experience in the space via email or their social channels such as Weibo.

A series of iPad plinths combine to tell the complete story of the building’s unprecedented level of amenities, along with the series of in-depth video content we created to take clients through R.Corporation’s unique customer service journey.

The space’s two distinct halves are divided by a huge canvas-covered white box structure which, thanks to a 4K laser projector, becomes the canvas for ever-changing imagery.
