Performance Marketing role

metronome® is looking for a performance marketing co-ordinator to join our team.

Metronome is a strategically-led, performance-driven marketing and technology practice. Our focus is on partnering with leading brands to deliver best practice consumer experience, performance marketing and technology.

Focusing on our performance service line, you’ll coordinate the delivery of performance strategies to help scale and optimise our clients digital marketing investments. These strategies and ad operations typically include Search Engine Marketing and Optimisation, Email Marketing and Database Acquisition, Content Marketing and Publishing

You’ll be working with platforms such as MailChimp, AdWords, facebook, and CRMs helping the team deliver campaigns and lead generation targets. You’ll also manage and coordinate content and campaign updates for various paid and organic strategies. Your experience should reflect the following:

Content Management Systems
eMail marketing platforms
Campaign understanding of SEM, SEO, Outreach, Social, EDMs
Analytics and Dashboard Reporting
CRM or marketing automation
Image and Copy for Web / Ad Ops

Previous experience with the following platforms is preferential:

Adwords, GDN, Display and facebook business manager
Google Analytics, Tag Management, Live Dashboards
MailChimp or similar Email marketing
WordPress CMS or other systems

A minimum of 1-2 years’ previous experience in digital marketing or an internship in a suitable role is required. You must be focused, energised and able to work seamlessly in a dedicated and open team environment.

As a Google Partner, there will also be training opportunities for certification within our team, particularly in the areas of Analytics and AdWords.
