One such site in Sunshine North has become LUMA, a health-focused neighbourhood for which metronome provided project strategy, naming, branding, collateral, content and a technology-packed experience suite. All of this was driven by our vision and positioning — Living in a new light.
Our Experience Suite features a multi-screen immersion room, home to an emotive film which acts as a palate-cleanser from the busy world outside. The room’s 4K projection capability can also be used to display floorplans, renders and other customer-focused content including our full project video.
The sales team is supported by a benchtop touchscreen interface, allowing them to take visitors through renders, floorplans, house type brochures and interactive maps of the neighbourhood and its broader location amenities.
