Optimising the Source of Truth: Taking control of the website post-transformation, we migrated and optimised the infrastructure, including the Salesforce integration. It became the ultimate source of truth for product and sales data. Reliability was paramount as it streamlined internal processes, reduced service friction, and laid the foundation for all rich content featured in the user experience. This encompassed sales and marketing data related to home designs, house and land packages, and display homes being seamlessly integrated on the fly – no duplication of tasks, one source of truth. The website CMS managed blog articles and promotional pages exclusively.

Technical SEO: With an enhanced user experience and a robust technical foundation, our focus shifted to strategic SEO. Recognising JG King Homes’ diverse market presence, we aimed not only to boost search rankings but also to strategically position them in various market segments. This ensured relevant reach and a substantial share of voice in all markets where offices and displays were present.
